Hello Imagining Change readers,
I’m feeling all the feels today, as Tending Tomorrow launches into the world. You can see a silly, joyful unboxing video that my kids helped me with here.
Thank you so much to all of you on this journey with me. It makes a huge difference that many of you have pre-ordered. Leaving stars and a short review on Amazon, GoodReads and elsewhere really makes a difference as well in helping the right audience connect with the book. It was an incredible feeling today to walk into my local bookstore in Waterloo, ON, Words Worth Books, and see Tending Tomorrow for sale on the new releases table. Grateful for the support of local bookstores in helping connect books with readers!
Book events are lining up for the coming months, including a workshop on talking with kids and youth about climate change at Willowgrove Farm in Stouffville, ON, on August 17th, and an event with the Waterloo Public Library, Waterloo ON, set for September 17, 2024. I’m also speaking at several churches, and other events are in the planning stages as well.
